How do I place an order on Druto Express?
You can place an order through the Druto User app or by visiting drutoapp.com. Simply browse restaurants or stores, add items to your cart, select your payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive real-time updates on your order status.
What is the average delivery time?
Our average delivery time is 30 minutes for food orders and 15-45 minutes for grocery and essentials, depending on your location and order size. You can track your order in real-time through the app.
Can I schedule an order for later?
Yes! You can schedule orders up to 7 days in advance. During checkout, select the "Schedule" option and choose your preferred date and time slot.
What areas in Sirohi do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all major areas in Sirohi city. Enter your address in the app to check if we service your location. We're continuously expanding our coverage area.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely! Once your order is accepted, you can track its entire journey from preparation to delivery on a live map. You'll also receive push notifications at each stage.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) where available. You can also use Druto Wallet credits.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary based on distance, order value, and demand. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery. The exact fee is displayed before you confirm your order.
How do I apply a coupon or promo code?
During checkout, you'll see a "Apply Coupon" field. Enter your promo code and click apply. The discount will be automatically calculated and shown in your order summary.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways with end-to-end encryption. We never store your complete card details on our servers. UPI payments are processed through secure NPCI channels.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order before the merchant accepts it for a full refund. Once accepted, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a fee depending on preparation status. Check our

What if I receive the wrong or damaged items?
Please report any issues within 2 hours of delivery through the app or by contacting our support team. We'll review your request and process a refund or replacement as appropriate. Photos of damaged items may be required.
How long does a refund take to process?
Refunds to UPI/cards/bank accounts typically take 5-7 business days. Druto Wallet credits are refunded instantly. For COD orders, refunds are processed to your wallet or bank account within 3-5 business days.

How can I partner my restaurant/store with Druto?
You can apply through the Druto Merchant app or by emailing us at partners@drutoapp.com. Our team will review your application and guide you through the onboarding process, including menu setup, training, and going live.
What are the commission rates for merchants?
Commission rates vary based on category, order volume, and partnership terms. Contact our partnership team at partners@drutoapp.com for detailed pricing and customized packages.
How and when do I receive payouts?
Payouts are processed transparently to your registered bank account on a weekly basis (every Tuesday). You can view your earnings, commissions, and payout history in the Druto Merchant app under the "Earnings" section.
For Delivery Partners
How do I become a Druto delivery partner?
Download the Druto Driver app and complete the registration process. You'll need a valid driving license, vehicle registration, and identity proof. Our team will verify your documents and activate your account within 24-48 hours.
What are the earning opportunities?
Delivery partners earn per delivery plus incentives for peak hours, distance, and performance bonuses. Earnings are credited to your wallet daily and can be withdrawn to your bank account instantly.
What are the working hours?
You have complete flexibility! Log in and accept deliveries whenever you want. There are no fixed working hours. However, peak hours (lunch 12-2 PM, dinner 7-10 PM) typically offer higher earnings and incentives.

What is included in the Druto franchise bundle?
Our franchise bundle includes: Druto branded Android & iOS apps (User, Merchant, Driver), web platform, dark store setup blueprint, cloud kitchen infrastructure guide, cold storage specifications, staff training program, marketing support, and ongoing technical assistance.
What cities are currently open for franchise?
We're currently accepting franchise applications for cities near Sirohi including Abu Road, Pindwara, Mount Abu, and Sumerpur. If your city isn't listed, you can still apply and we'll consider it based on market potential.
How do I apply for a franchise?

Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email or phone number. You'll receive an OTP or reset link to create a new password.
Can I have multiple delivery addresses?
Yes, you can save multiple addresses (home, work, etc.) in your profile. During checkout, simply select the address you want the order delivered to.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion through the app settings or by emailing privacy@drutoapp.com. Please note that pending orders and wallet balances must be resolved before deletion.
